1 Membership & Account Registration

To fully use s99my services, you need to register a valid account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. S99MY reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the s99my platform. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
• You must provide your full name, phone number, and any other requested information honestly during registration.
• S99MY carries out an identity verification process (KYC) to ensure the safety of all members. You may be asked to submit valid identification documents at any time.
• S99my accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use s99my services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority applicable in your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are not currently subject to any ban imposed by a regulatory or governing body that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.

• Successful deposits will be credited to your s99my account within the designated timeframe according to the payment method used.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

4 Fund Withdrawal

S99my members are entitled to withdraw funds from their accounts subject to the following conditions. We always strive to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction, unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your s99my account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the identity verification process (KYC) by submitting the required documents.
• S99MY reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes for any withdrawal request deemed unusual.
• Successful withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5 Bonus & Promotions

S99MY offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions, which should be read and understood before redemption.
